Folks, it's that time of the year again when we need to start getting membership collected for 2023, all membership can now be paid through the Clubzapp app, there is a variety of membership options to suit everyone, ranging from Club Saval Family to include Gym membership to single child membership, if anyone has any queries in relation to the app or price of membership please feel free to contact Paul Greenan on 07772910102.

With the deadline for registration and matches and training back up and running it is vital that membership is sorted as soon as possible, without membership, insurance will not cover anyone in the result of an injury picked up at training or a match.

We will no longer be using the Clubforce app and have switched to what we feel is a more user friendly app called Clubzapp, you can download this app to your phone and register yourself and all family members on it.

This app will be used for all forms of communication, each underage team will have a group set up on the app where all relevant information regarding training, matches any other activities will come through the app, this will do away with WhatsApp groups and to comply with current GDPR regulations.

For those currently paying Club Saval membership through a standing order, you have a couple of options, if you are keeping the mebership rate as it is at present and not including the gym, all you need to do is go on to the Clubzapp app and select Club Saval Membership 2023 Standing orders and fill in all the relevant details, you will also need to fill in your lotto numbers on the app, contact Paul Greenan and he will send you the lotto numbers you currently have on the system.

For those currently paying Club Saval through a standing order but are now looking to increase membership to include the gym, you have 2 options:

Option 1, Increase current standing order to either £27.50 per month for individuals or to £30 per month for family members and then fill in option 3 in the membership section of the Clubzapp app, you will need lotto numbers for this so contact Paul Greenan for existing numbers.

Option 2, Cancel current standing order with your bank and pay through the app, you can pay in full or monthly DD through the app, again you will need lotto numbers to fill in on the app so contact Paul for the current numbers on the system.

All other forms of membership can be paid in full through the app or by DD through the app, if you want to pay cash or cheque this can also be done by contacting Paul Greenan, but you will also need to fill out all relevant information on the Cluzapp app.

Anyone looking to use the gym will have to have membership sorted by 17th March, after this access will be denied to the gym.

Anyone under the age of 16 is NOT permitted to use the gym, committee members will be keeping a close eye on this, and will be checking DOB

All other membership has to be paid before Sunday 26th March at the very latest.

Paul Greenan will be in the Lounge on Sunday 12th March from 10am to 12 o'clock for anyone looking to pay membership or for help to register on the app.
