Saval got back to winning ways tonight with a win over a big St Michael’s team.

St Michael’s were first to raise the white flag after 30 seconds.

Two goals in a row from Danny Canavan got Saval of the Mark.

The visitors clocked up 0.5 and Lucky for Saval they hit quite few wides in the first half. A James McCarthy Goal, 0.2 from Danny and 0.1 from Eoghan Havern saw the greens go in at Half time leading 3.3 to 0.5

A big improvement was needed in the second half and the boys got stuck in. The introduction of Aaron Mc Gahan added a bit of fire up front.

Christy Mc Clorey was doing a great job with a couple of fine saves at the other end.

Some fine scores from our forwards and hardy defending saw us run out comfortable winnners at the end.
